Construction Supervision of Shemisani multi-functional project .

Description:

This project is a fully modern building with an area of (20,000 m²) with heating and air conditioning systems and stone facades. It consisted of (19) floors with 170 guest rooms and 9 suits, public areas and all necessary modern electromechanical equipment.

RUQN was responsible of the Master planning, the detailed engineering studies, detailed design and the preparation of tender documents for Sheraton hotel. In addition, RUQN was responsible for the construction supervision services related to this project.
